Terms and Conditions

Booking your Accommodation: Bookings can be made via agent, e-mail, telephone, fax, or in person.

Deposit: 50 % deposit is required on confirmation of booking to secure.

Balance of payment + Damage Surety deposit: Payable by 31st March 2010 otherwise the establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation and withhold 25 % for the booking.
Optional extras payable on departure.

Damages Surety: Self catering & whole house rentals – R5000.00 refundable damage surety deposit is payable by guest on or before day of arrival .. This amount less any costs for repair, replacement & excessive cleaning, will be repaid within 10 days of departure.

Payment method: Direct or internet deposit, cheque or cash, company or travel agent voucher. Credit cards not accepted. Banking details appear on invoice.

Cancellation Policy: 25 % of booking will be refunded if cancelled before 28th feb 2010.
If cancelled after 1st March 2010 only Damage Surety deposit of R5000 will be refunded.

Rates:Self catering rates – no meals. Domestic service and electricity is excluded
Rates are a guide and subject to change without notice.

Arrival and Departure Time:
Arrival Day: from 14h00 Departure Day: by 10h00 .
Early / Late Arrivals can be arranged with management.
B&B Guests are welcome to make use of all facilities outside of these times (swimming pool, lounge etc) and to store their luggage for the day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Smoking: Please note that all our accommodations are a non smoking establishments as per SA law, smoking outdoors only.

Cleaning: Self Catering – Domestic service can be arranged to Guests account .
The Guest is responsible for the condition of the room and its entire contents during the accommodation period, fair wear and tear excepted. Excessive cleaning to be deducted from damage surety deposit.

Indemnity: The management shall not be liable for, and the Guest waives/abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage against the management , whether arising form the management’s default, negligence or otherwise.
