From R950.00 per night for the apartment low season. Plus R400.00 once off exit clean fee Breakage deposit for holiday tenants is R1000 and is refundable after inventory check. A 50% deposit secures booking, Balance 7 days prior to arrival. The full deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled 7 or less days prior to arrival – High Season 14 Days.
