Booking your Holiday: Bookings can be made via telephone, fax, e-mail or in person.
Peak periods: Minimum booking of 10 days or by arrangement.
Deposit: 50 % deposit is required on confirmation of booking to secure.
Balance of payment: Due 21 days before arrival. Optional extras payable on departure.
Payment method: Direct or internet deposit, cheque or cash , Credit cards not accepted.
Banking details appear on invoice.
Cancellation: Deposit will not be refunded if a booking is cancelled
Rates: Rates are a guide and subject to change without notice.
Damages Surety: Self catering & whole house rentals – R5000.00 refundable damage surety deposit is payable by guest 21 days before arrival. This amount less any costs for repair, replacement & excessive cleaning, will be repaid within 10 days of departure.
Arrival and Departure Time:
Arrival Day: from 14h00 Departure Day: by 10h00.
Arrivals later than 19h00 by arrangement.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless by prior arrangement.
Smoking: Please note that all apartments are non smoking establishments as per law. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors
Cleaning: The Guest is responsible for the condition of the apartment and its entire contents during the accomodation period, fair wear and tear accepted. Excessive cleaning to be deducted from damage surety deposit.
Indemnity: The management shall not be liable for, and the Guest waives/abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage against the management , whether arising form the management’s default, negligence or otherwise.
